ISO 1 is the smaller of the two main recording spaces on the studio’s main level. At approximately 90 square feet, ISO 1 is intended primarily for 1- and 2- person voice/vocal recording sessions and solo performers with instruments. The studio is particularly well suited for spoken-word projects such as commercials, voiceovers, narration, and ADR.
FEATURES:
Dual 24″ video monitors — Excellent for ADR recording and other spoken-word applications where the talent is expected to silently manage large amounts of script or narration copy.
Electronic Drum Workstation — Hart Dynamics Pro 6.4 electronic drum kit and Roland TD-20 Expanded drum module, with full MIDI and audio connections to the studio’s main computer.
Dual Yellowtec Mika Boom Arms — Allows easy, low-clutter setup for two-person sessions and other situations where dual mics may be needed.
Conductor Cam — All recording spaces in the facility (except ISO 3, which looks directly onto the Control Room‘s main screen) are equipped with a closed-circuit video system, allowing the talent and production staff working in the various rooms to be in latency-free visual contact with each other at all times.
